Upzone New Years Update

Hello Epic Backers!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope you had a happy and safe holiday season.  We are currently in the stage where there is less to report.  We are still working behind the scenes,  but during the holiday season  most places slow or shut down.  Now that the Near Year is here, we will be pushing everything full throttle forward again.

At the end of the year we like to reflect on what was accomplished, where we fell short, how we can improve, and what we did right. We strive always to learn and grow from success and mistakes, better our products, increase quality, service, and of course, deliver more Epic. We cannot say thank you enough for the support you, the backers, have given us. Freight, shipping, and fulfillment have been more challenging than ever. Thank you so much for being understanding and patient with us.

2023 marks a truly Epic milestone for Everything Epic, our 10-year anniversary. After 10 years, we are going strong and are even more passionate about games than when Everything Epic was founded. We are extremely excited to ring in the new year and will announce some truly Epic projects. Our 1st announcement to Celebrate our 10 year is a brand new logo! It can be seen at the bottom!  If you have been with us from day 1 or cracked your 1st Everything Epic product open yesterday, thank you, and we hope you are excited to see what we have planned for the future.

Upzone November Update

Hello Backers,

We have been tirelessly working to get everyone their pledge. There were many things that came up during this fulfillment and we are very sorry for the delays and issues. Please bear with us as we can't change things out of our control, however, we will continue to rectify any issues and make sure everyone receives all of their pledge. 

In U.S those missing map packs, we are aware. They have shipped and are currently en route.  By the end of next week if you are missing anything please email us and let us know. 

In EU we are working to get a shipment of cathedral zones to fulfillment and get them to backers missing that from their pledge. 

If there are any issues please email us at [email protected] and let us know. WE CAN NOT DISCUSS ANY PERSONAL INFO IN THE COMMENTS. 

The holiday season is upon us and we will continue to work to fix any issues. We hope you and your families are healthy and safe.

Meetings with Fulfillment at Essen, Germany SPIEL 22' SHIPPING UPDATE!

Hey Backers!

We just got back from Germany and we wanted to give you another quick update as to how things went with our Fulfillment Company Meetings:

USA/CA - Miniature Market: Many Shipments Still Going Out! Since last updates, many of you should have gotten tracking! Our emails and meetings have helped! 

I sat down with the new outside consulting contractor, hired by Miniature Market to handle all communications, sales, and the marketing and growth of their new Fulfillment department, of which, Everything Epic has been one of the first customers. The sudden communication drop from the Fulfillment Warehouse Manager many of you emailed, was because of the fact that they Changed Warehouses and became over-taxed at the time, which was unfortunate. However, it seems as though shipments have started going out again, which is great, and I was told in our meeting, slightly vaguely without all information known by our new Miniature Market Contact, that our fulfillment for Upzone AND Agents of Smersh (Wave 1 and 2 Fulfillments) should be completed by the end of the Month or sooner. I'm taking this with a grain of salt, as should all of you as well - but know this, I will be PUSHING VERY HARD to make sure they get all of the shipments out. The new contact at Miniature Market has been VERY communicative and has replied to all of my emails and text messages so far. So I have a feeling things will begin to get better over there! I believe you all should be getting your Upzone Very soon! If you haven't yet, know that we will keep on pushing until you do - if you're missing Stretch Goals or another item, we will address that as soon as main fulfillment is complete. Please keep sitting tight, we really appreciate it! 

EU/UK - Rest of World: Same as US - Many Shipments are still going out as well throughout all of the EU.

We sat down with one of the Owners and their Logistics Manager for over an hour and went over all of the delays, issues, and hopeful timeline to get the project completed as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for dates to share with you, but they worked through the weekend to continue getting packages out as quickly as possible for everyone. My estimate from our discussion is that they should be done in about 1.5 weeks or so, but I haven't heard from them yet on exact dates. They explained (like miniature market) that they've ironically moved to a new warehouse and that's why it's taking so long.  I'm still waiting for a legit timeline! I will let you all know as soon as I have one.  If you haven't gotten Upzone yet, know that we will keep on pushing until you do - if you're missing Stretch Goals or another item, we will address that as soon as main fulfillment is complete. Please keep sitting tight, we really appreciate it! 

VFI - ASIA 

They weren't at Spiel, but we've emailed them 4 times this week and still haven't heard back. We will let you know once we have. I know they shipped something, but I dont know exactly what. I'm really hoping to hear back VERY SOON! 

No Need to Email Anyone At This Time! Things are shipping, and we don't know exactly who's is going out when. You may or may not getting a tracking email, but we promise you will get your pledge! 

IMPORTANT:   There's No Need to continue emailing Miniature Market, Green Logistics, or VFI -  as we're now in contact directly with them (Not VFI really yet still waiting to hear back). If you need to ask anything, simply email us at [email protected] - For all who emailed last week, please know we will not be replying to the CCed Emails that you emailed to Miniature Market or Green Logistics etc... Kindly, take this Update as your reply. :)

Quick Update - Follow-up on Miniature Market Status

Hey Upzoners! 

US/CA Backers - 

We've finally heard back from one representative from Miniature Market who's actually attending the Essen Spiel Game Fair where we (the Epic Team) Currently are! (I wrote my last Update from my Booth there while meeting and greeting fans) and now writing from our Hotel in Germany :) 

I wanted to let you know as soon as I knew, that I did hear back from them, and I was offered a meeting tonight (it's around 9:20pm here now) to discuss what's going on with fulfillment at this time. 

As soon as I know more I'll do another update. 

No Need to Email At this Time - Regarding emailing Miniature Market - because of the "Automated Response" many are getting from the emails you're sending, I would ask that you hold off on emailing for now, until I get more information and figure out who the best person there would be for you to email - OR - if I can get these answers from them myself, and then tell you all via Update what's going on! 

EU/UK - 

I haven't gotten any new information - however, I do have a meeting with the owners of Green Logistics tomorrow at my booth in person, and I will get you any and all of the information I can! I will update you all again after that meeting tomorrow so you know what's going on! 

We're Working Hard for You and Look Forward to getting Upzone To you! 

Once again, I've been working on this, from my booth and now hotel room, all day (and for the last few weeks) pushing and pressing to get all of your pledges in your hands as quickly as possible.  As you may have seen, or gotten a notification, I have been commenting back to you all to the best of my ability in between customers to let you know we care and to best answer your questions! 

As always, I really truly appreciate all of your patience, support, and kind comments, as we, The Everything Epic Team (a Team of Two People) - myself, Chris the Owner, and Cooper my Project Manager and Right Hand, work hard to get to all of your emails, comments, and requests, as well as get your product to you in the best quality and as quickly as we can.

Didn't get your Package Yet? No Tracking? (EU/UK didn't sent tracking at all even after we requested unfortunately. ) 

1) Did you fill out the Pledge manager and pay shipping? Was your address correct?

Nearly all shipments should be received or in transit at this time. Theres a small amount of shipments in the US area that will need to ship from a separate fulfillment warehouse immediately after Miniature Market tells me they're complete.
